2026 Student Summer Internship applications are under review
We have received a record number of applications for our 2026 Summer Internship!
- Leadership instruction by Mayors, Elected Officials, and Prominent Industry Professionals
- Learn how to make a difference in your community through nonprofit leadership guidance
- Gain knowledge of the value of local leadership
- Presentation and speaking skills training
- Build your professional introduction
- Create meaningful relationships through networking
- Open to High School and College Students
- Generous paid stipends and Letters of Recommendations available upon completion of the program.
There will be additional, required attendance for off-site events such as city council meetings, luncheons and dinners outside the Saturday classes.
A full schedule of speakers and event dates will be available once finalized.
Class Dates:
- June 27th
- July 11th (skipping July 4th)
- July 18th
- July 25th
- August 1st
- August 8th - Final Presentations and Awards Ceremony (mandatory attendance)
Classes are held in person on Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
